hen it comes to making wine on site, we make it as easy for you as we can. Following the regulations set out by the Brew On Premise Act of Ontario, all you need to do when coming on site, is to turn on the tap, pour two small envelopes (yeast and bentonite) and then come back for bottling when the wine is ready.

For bottling we have a bottle sterilizer that washes and sterilizes 28 bottles in 3 minutes. Our bottling machines make it as easy as 1,2, 3.

                  1- put the bottle on the Enol-Matic automatic bottle filler (it stops filling                   when the bottle is full).

                  2- cork the bottle with our easy to use floor corker. And finally,

                  3- dress the bottle with the label and top. (All included in the price, listed                   as BATCH)

his whole bottling process will take a newcomer maybe an hour. As experience is acquired, some couples come in and out in 30 minutes. One of the best quotes we hear from our customers is "If I would have known it was this easy to make wine on site, I would have started a long time ago". Be aware there is no rush to get out, take all the time you want, we have 3 bottling stations, no appointments are necessary.
