When it comes to making wine on site, we make it as easy for you as we can. Following the regulations set out by the Brew On Premise Act of Ontario, all you need to do when coming on site, is to turn on the tap, pour two small envelopes (yeast and bentonite) and then come back for bottling when the wine is ready.
